This Privacy Policy explains how Aslanlar Akdeniz İnşaat Ltd.   • Listing Data (listing owners): photo, video/link, description, square meters, location/area, availability, price, room types, references, contact information you choose to publish.

  • Contact Data: messages you send us, requests sent through listings, support communications.

  • Device/Usage Data: IP, device identifiers, browser/OS type, referring URLs, pages visited, timestamps, performance/diagnostic data.

  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: as described below.

  • Marketing Preferences: your consents/denials.

  • Location Data (approximate): in map features; exact location only if permitted by the device.

  • Payment/Billing (if applicable): invoice name/address, tax number, transaction metadata (card data is typically processed by the payment institution).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data and children's data.

2) How we obtain data

  • Directly from you: registration, listing, contact, and support forms.

  • Automatically: cookies, logs, analytics tools.

  • From third parties: in the context of identity providers, analytics, map/video embeds, etc.

3) Purposes and legal grounds (KVKK / GDPR)

We process data for the following purposes:

  • Service provision: account creation, listing hosting, search/map, photo/video display, responding to requests.

    • Legal ground: establishment/performance of the contract, legitimate interest.

  • Security: fraud/abuse detection, incident response.

    • Legal ground: legitimate interest, legal obligation.

  • Development/Analysis: usage measurement, debugging, UX improvement, new features.

    • Legal ground: legitimate interest, explicit consent for cookies when necessary.

  • Marketing/Communication: service announcements, optional newsletters, listing notifications.

    • Legal ground: explicit consent (when necessary), legitimate interest; you can withdraw at any time.

  • Payment/Billing (if applicable): collection of fees for paid features.

    • Legal ground: performance of the contract, legal obligation.

  • Legal compliance: tax/audit, enforcement of Terms, responding to official requests.

    • Legal ground: legal obligation, legitimate interest.

In cases where we rely on explicit consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4) Data sharing

Sharing may occur with:

  • Service providers/data processors: hosting, storage, content distribution, analytics, email/SMS, customer support, payment, anti-fraud.

  • Other users: your listing information that you choose to publish may be publicly available.

We do not sell your personal data.

5) International transfer

7) Your rights

Article 11 of KVKK grants you the following rights based on your location:

  • to learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • if processed, to request information regarding it,

  • to learn whether it is used for the intended purpose,

  • to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically/internationally,

  • to request the correction of the data,

  • to request deletion/destruction if the reasons for processing cease to exist,

  • to request notification to third parties to whom the transactions have been transferred,

  • to object to the result arising against you by means of exclusively automated systems,

  • to request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8) Security

We implement appropriate technical and administrative measures (encryption during transfer, access controls, backups). No system is 100% secure; please use and do not share a strong and unique password.
