These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Key Alanya and any related websites, apps, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by [Company Legal Name], trading as Key Alanya (“Key Alanya”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our contact details are in the “Contact Us” section below.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who may use the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

  • If you use the Services on behalf of a business (e.g., an agency or developer), you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms and that “you” includes that business.

2) Our role

Key Alanya is an online platform that publishes property listings and related content supplied by owners, authorized representatives, agents, or developers (“Listers”). We are not a real estate broker, buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant, and we do not guarantee any transaction. Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, we (a) do not verify listings, (b) do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and (c) are not a party to any agreement between Users and Listers.

3) Accounts

You may browse publicly available pages without an account. To list properties or access certain features, you must create an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4) Listings and user content

4.1 Your content

“User Content” includes property descriptions, photos, videos (including links), floor plans, prices, availability, comments, messages, and any materials you upload or provide.

You warrant that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content;

  • the User Content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and up-to-date;

  • the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, IP, and contractual rights);

  • if you list a property, you are authorized to market it and to publish the information you provide.

4.2 License you grant to us

You grant Key Alanya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, adapt, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Services (including in search results, emails, social media, and mobile/PWA experiences). This license lasts for as long as your content is on the Services and for a reasonable time thereafter for backup, audit, or legal purposes.

4.3 Our rights

We may (but have no obligation to) review, moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion (e.g., if we receive complaints, a valid legal notice, or suspect policy breaches). We may add watermarks, compress, or transcode files for performance.

5) Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful information;

  • post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates privacy;

  • publish price claims, incentives, or financing terms that are inaccurate or unsubstantiated;

  • scrape, crawl, index, or mirror the Services except as permitted by robots.txt;

  • interfere with the Services (e.g., DDoS, malware, automated bulk posting);

  • reverse engineer or attempt to access private APIs;

  • use the Services to send unsolicited marketing (spam);

  • misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a property.

6) Prices, fees, and payments

If Key Alanya offers paid features, advertising packages, or promotions, the applicable prices, taxes, terms, and refund rules will be shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

7) Third-party services and links

The Services may integrate maps, analytics, video players (e.g., YouTube), payment processors, or other third-party tools. Your use of those features may be subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8) Intellectual property

The Services and all related content, software, logos, and designs are owned by or licensed to Key Alanya and protected by applicable IP laws. Except for the limited rights you have to use the Services, no rights are granted. Do not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, send a takedown notice (see “Contact Us”) with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the allegedly infringing material’s URL, (c) your contact info, and (d) your statement of good-faith belief and authority.

9) Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep listings current, but availability, prices, floor areas, distances, and other details may change and are not guaranteed. Always verify information directly with the Lister before making decisions or commitments.

The Services may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

10) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy.
Key Alanya does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Key Alanya and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Key Alanya from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain sections (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

14) Changes to the Services and to these Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by updating the date, posting a notice, or emailing registered users). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15) Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Antalya shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the EEA/UK, you may bring claims before your local courts as required by consumer law.
